ORDERING & ACCEPTANCE 
All orders are subject to acceptance of that order by The PETicures Online Store. When you submit your order you will automatically receive are turn email notifying you that your order is being processed. You consent to us contacting you via your email provided at time of registration, regarding your order details for your order to be accepted and completed. You will then receive a second email on despatch of your order.  Your order is only accepted by us once we have despatched the goods to you.  If your order is incorrect in any way on arrival you must notify us immediately or within 3 days of receiving the order, to customerservice@peticuresgrooming.com 

BACKORDERS 
Some items from our online shop are allowed to be purchase on the backorder. Please note backorder delivery time can take up to 3 weeks.

(d)We DO NOT store credit card or payment details in your online account. (e)   If you have any suspicion of any other person or body knowing your account details or of using your account, you must change your account details immediately.  You are personally responsible for your own account.  You must ensure all details given on your account information are current and correct.  You must notify us immediately of any change in these personal details.  (f) PETicures, reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate your account immediately at our discretion and if at any time you are in breach of our terms and condition. 

AVAILABILITY & PRICES: 
At PETicures, we aim to ensure all our products will be in stock readily available for your order.  However, some items may prove to be more popular than expected, therefore there will be occasional delays. If this occurs we will give you our very best estimated time of expected delivery and will keep you informed on any updated information regarding this product.PETicures, will endeavour to keep our online prices up to date and error free.  Prices may change from time to time, and there maybe times that prices may be different from your previous order as specialson different products will change monthly or weekly.The correct price will be shown on your invoice and will correspond to the correct price on date of despatch.PETicures, reserves the right to correct any typing, printing,pricing or illustration errors throughout the website.PETicures, reserves right to refund any orders were errors occurred.
